As VP of Production, I am responsible for making sure all home remodeling and construction projects stay on budget for the client.

I help ensure profitability for the company by overseeing the accuracy in estimating of jobs, negotiating and managing business relationships with vendors and trade partners, and by maximizing internal efficiencies.

My work with vendors ensures we are offering the highest quality products to our clients, with the best prices, service and warranties available. Jul 2003 – Jan 2015

As the production manager at Mosby Building Arts, I was instrumental in the growth of production from 16 employees to 63. We experienced 87% growth as we adjusted how projects were executed. Our Client satisfaction and on-time completion remained consistently above 93%. As we experienced growth and continued to meet our financial targets we were able to reinvest in the company for future growth as well.

Personally, I continued to better myself with education and opportunities. I served on the NARI board for many years and as the vice president for 2 years. I completed the certification for the certified remodeler. I obtained and hold a roofing license in Illinois. I went through the conscious leadership course offered by Aileron. I hold many certifications in many areas of construction that give me a wide knowledge base of the industry.

2000 – 2003

I oversaw some very interesting and modern design projects both on a college campus and high school campus. One of the projects was a very modern house for the head master's family. Some of the other projects were converting old buildings into usable space with a great design element
